Terms

Terms of Use

Basic terms for using the Free Talk Line website and service.

This is a practical starter version, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Have counsel review the final terms before public launch if you want a formal legal agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Free Talk Line. By entering the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Purpose of the service

Free Talk Line is a general social phone-chat service intended to help adults meet new people and participate in live conversation. It is not marketed as an adult-entertainment, escort, or sexual-services platform.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. You may not use the service for harassment, threats, exploitation, fraud, unlawful conduct, unauthorized system access, or conduct that interferes with other callers' use of the service.

Fees

Free Talk Line does not charge a subscription or per-minute service fee for access to the chat line. Your telephone provider may charge for calls according to your own service plan.

Availability

The service may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. Access may be restricted for safety, abuse prevention, technical, operational, or legal reasons.

User interactions

Callers are responsible for their own interactions and decisions. Use caution when sharing personal information or deciding whether to communicate with someone outside the service.

Enforcement

Free Talk Line may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to enforce community rules, protect users, prevent abuse, or maintain service operation.

Emergency disclaimer

Free Talk Line is not an emergency service, crisis hotline, medical service, or professional counseling service. Contact appropriate emergency services when immediate assistance is required.
